I will like to tell us a very short personal story about what inspired the creation of JO PAM CONSULTING LTD. Perhaps I should title it with the most popular story title in the world; The Metamorphosis.
I was born with so many talents or gifts, but I would rather have them called ‘skills’. I weighed more than my peers, had a say amidst the seniors, got certifications and commendations from four poles of my abilities (Real Estate, Life Assurance, Global Investment, and Goal Coaching), so much that my knowledge was required.
Years turned in and out, changing with seasons only that this time they were more than four, and to suddenly discover that I had growth challenges. It started to feel like my so-called talents were burdens, and others’ seemed more privileged than mine (due to environmental factors).
Well, since it is a story, skip to now, I am doing well, if I do say so myself.
Whether we like it or not, this is the same story for most entrepreneurs business’, either at the beginning stage or the latter phase, the story exists in us.
